A speedboat takes the two of you out in the late afternoon to a sandbank hired for the evening. A table stands at the edge of the water. A chef cooks on the sand, a waiter looks after the table, and the sun sets while you eat. From USD 400 for two.
A sandbank for your evening
The sandbank is hired for your booking. The boat carries you and the team and no other guests, and no one else is served on the sandbank that evening. The chef and the waiter are there for your table alone.
A photographer and a videographer work through the evening. You leave with ten finished photographs and a sixty-second film.
Sandbank Dining is a Nala signature experience. Advance booking gives us time to prepare your setting and arrange the team for your evening.
The two versions of Sandbank Dining
USD 400 for two. The hired sandbank, the speedboat there and back, a chef and a waiter, the photographer and videographer, ten photographs and the film.
USD 500 for two. The same evening, with dinner as three courses and the menu planned around what you actually like to eat, seafood included.
Both prices include applicable service charge and taxes. Let us know about allergies and dietary needs when booking so we can discuss suitable menu options. If you are celebrating a proposal, anniversary or birthday, tell us about the occasion.

The dinner depends on the weather and sea conditions. If it cannot go ahead, we first look for another evening during your stay. If another evening is not possible, the booking terms for your dinner apply.

What does the USD 500 version change? Dinner becomes three courses, planned with you around your preferences, seafood included. Everything else about the evening is the same.
