Dolphin Safari

Watch the open water from the deck as the crew searches for dolphins off Ukulhas. Everyone stays aboard, making this an outing you can share without getting into the sea.

The beach and palms along the coast of Ukulhas.

Two to three hours, morning or late afternoon

Most departures run from about 08:30 to 11:30. Some go out in the late afternoon and stay until the sun goes down, which is the one to ask for if you would rather end a day than start one. We confirm the departure for your date.

Sightings vary with the season and sea conditions. The trip is charged if it runs, whether or not dolphins appear.

Because nobody gets in the water, this is the trip we offer first to families and to anyone who would rather not snorkel. If somebody is prone to seasickness, say so and we will talk it through before you book.
