Two hotel buildings are under construction near Nala Veli Beach & Spa. If you are booking a stay and quiet matters to you, this is what we can tell you about the work and what it may mean for your room.

What is happening
Work takes place during the day. There is no night work at present. The noise comes and goes rather than running continuously, and how loud it is changes as the buildings progress.
Both projects are expected to be finished by 2027. That is an estimate rather than a fixed date, and the noise from these two sites should end once the buildings are complete.
What it means for your stay
If you rest in your room during the day, you may hear the work. If quiet is a priority, ask us about current conditions before you book, and tell the team during your stay if the work is affecting you.
Nala Veli Villa is the stay to look at if quiet comes first. It sits on a quieter residential street, all six of its rooms are on the ground floor, and Nala Spa is in the same building.
If the work affects your room
Tell the team. They look at each request on its own, and if a quieter or otherwise suitable room is free, they can move you at no additional charge. We would rather rearrange a room than have you spend an afternoon somewhere you cannot rest.
