Propose on a sandbank hired for your evening, then sit down together for a three-course dinner. A photographer and videographer capture the proposal, with ten photographs and a sixty-second film to keep.

For a surprise proposal, we discuss the plans only with you. Share your preferred timing and any ideas for the setting or for the ring, and the team will help arrange the moment.

Planning your celebration outdoors

Sandbank evenings and boat outings follow sea and weather conditions, and wildlife sightings vary. For a ceremony affected by the weather, we normally arrange the next suitable day.

If weather or another valid reason prevents the ceremony from going ahead, the ceremony charge is refunded. If you cancel for another reason after check-in, we refund the ceremony charge in full if no preparation costs have been incurred; once they have, we deduct those costs and refund the balance. Accommodation has separate booking terms.

Make the occasion your own

Extra flowers, printed photographs, and initials or personal wording for the setting can be discussed with the team and quoted separately. You can also add nights to the six-night Sandbank Proposal stay or to either seven-night ceremony stay.

Start with the occasion and the setting you love. Send your preferred stay and dates and tell us about any children travelling. We will email you with availability and a quote. For a surprise proposal, all correspondence stays with the guest arranging it.
